We hereby state that the PAINTNC organization, its members, associates or sponsors, are not responsible in any way for paintout or event participants. PAINTNC assumes no responsibility for safety and security at any of our events. We urge all painters to use common sense when attending our paintouts, meetings and events. For all PAINTNC events you are responsible for your own transportation, personal needs, painting, equipment (including emergency equipment), and most importantly, you are responsible for yourself.
